One search for every auction
Auctions are scattered across many auctioneer websites and platforms. BidDog brings them into one search. Tell Scout what you are hunting, in plain words, and we point you to matching lots wherever they are listed.
Right now, counted live from our index:
You search
A tractor, a tract of land, a Gibson, a whole estate. Describe it the way you would to a friend.
Scout points
We match your search to lots across many auctioneers and platforms.
You bid at the source
Every lot links to the auctioneer's own page. That is where you bid.
What we promise
- We point. You bid. BidDog never bids for anyone, is never a party to a sale, and takes no commission.
- Facts and a link. We index the facts of a lot and one thumbnail, then send you to the source. We never copy an auctioneer's catalog without permission.
- Credit where it is due. Every listing names and links to the auction company or platform it came from.
- Good manners online. Our crawler identifies itself, and a robots.txt rule that names BidDog always stops it. Auctioneers can opt out at any time. Read our bot policy.
- Labeled placement. Paid placement is always labeled.
How BidDog makes money
Searching is free, and having your lots indexed is free for auctioneers. Sellers pay $10 flat to post a sale. We do not sell your data and we do not take a cut of any sale. See pricing.
Built in Tennessee
BidDog is built in Tennessee, and our field guide look comes from the upland hunting tradition here. Scout, our pointer, does one job: find the lot, hold steady, and point you to it.
